The goal for most video game creators is to have full control over their properties which isn’t always possible. Most of the time developers work with publishers to produce video games for the masses. The creator of the hit game Stardew Valley is looking to become someone who stands on his own in that realm.
Eric Barone, better known as “ConcernedApe” in his updates about the farming sim game, informed people that he intends on self-publishing Stardew Valley on major devices going forward. One would believe that it’s going to launch on PS4 and Xbox 1, unless he’s looking at PS5. Nintendo Switch is also a possibility. The previous publisher was Chucklefish, however come December 14th, they’ll only work on the Nintendo Switch and mobile devices.
Looking forward to #TheGameAwards this year! We’re still hard at work in our development bunker so don’t expect an announcement from @Rocksteadygames. When it’s ready to show, you’ll be the first to know. Spoiler: it’s not Superman 😳

In comic book adaptation news, Zatanna may be getting her own movie, according to Deadline. There’s supposed to be a Justice League Dark film, but it’s currently in limbo at the moment. Her film will be contingent on how the Birds of Prey and Supergirl films do; assuming they both make it to the screen.
Also, the MCU will see Vision and Scarlett Witch debut on the Disney+ platform in a limited series with the series being dubbed Vision and the Scarlett Witch.
