Hello everyone and welcome to today’s edition of The News!! This is the day where I bring you all of the wrestling news you will ever need for your Saturday night. Why would you ever want to go through many websites, searching through various articles when all the news you need is here, on the best website, the top website, the number one website and quite frankly, the only website you will ever need, NerdCorp. Enough nonsense, let’s just get to the news shall we?!?!

#IMPACTonPOP Results – Moose defeated Eli Drake via split decision to retain the Impact Grand Championship. Allie defeated Amber Nova. LAX defeated The Veterans of War in the GFW Tag Team Tournament Finals. Low Ki defeated Andrew Everett to retain the Impact X-Division Championship. Alberto El Patron defeated EC3 to retain the GFW Championship and to win the #1 contendership to the Impact Championship.

Ambrose Speaks – Talk is Jericho recently interviewed WWE Superstar Dean Ambrose, who spoke about being moved to the Raw roster from Smackdown. Hers is what he had to say…

“It’s a little weird. I was very getting used to SmackDown. I did not expect to be switched. I heard there were going to be some people switched and I was like, ‘that’s not going to be me.’ I was in Utah and I was going to be there till Sunday or whatever and I got a call that I had to leave and fly in early to do RAW. I was like, ‘I’m going to RAW? No way!’ Like, I thought I was this SmackDown guy and no.”

Hopefully he can find some footing on Raw with how his Smackdown run went.

Paul Ellering Speaks – Jim Ross recently had an interview with Paul Ellering on The Ross Report Podcast on a multitude of subjects including his return to WWE. Her is what he had to say…

“I didn’t think it was in the cards because when I hung up the tights in 200sh, I got into Sled Dog Racing, and set up a couple of businesses, and never imagined this opportunity would arise, then all of a sudden I got a phone call out of the blue and I was asked to check it out and then I liked what I saw and it brought me back to the business, but I’ve always loved the business. It always had a special place in my heart. I love the challenge of making it work, and that is all that has been my goal when I managed the Road Warriors and now the Authors of Pain, let’s make this thing work. This is going to be great, which is what gets me up in the morning.”

Harley Race Update – WWE.com reports that WWE Hall of Famer Harley Race tripped and fell at his home earlier this week, breaking both of his legs. The report noted that Race had a fracture in his right femur and breaks to his left fibula and tibia and a spiral break of his left ankle. Race has three breaks in his left leg. He had emergency surgery to relieve swelling in both legs late Tuesday night. He then had four blood transfusions, along with surgery yesterday to reset the fractures. We here at NerdCorp wish the best for Harley Race in a healthy recovery.
