Sonic Maker Coming? – A new project called ‘Sonic Maker’ was built using GameMaker Studio 2, and the entire purpose of it is to develop and create a fan made creator game. It is in the same vein of Mario Maker in that regard but without Sega’s official stamp of approval.

The game is said to be like putting together your own version of a Sonic Game. Many believe that Sega will allow this game to come out, due to Sega’s appreciation for fan made ideas.

Street Fighter Series Coming? – Entertainment One and Mark Gordon have closed a deal to produce a “Street Fighters” TV show according to Deadline.  The series is going to be executive produced by Joey Anash, Jacqueline Quella and Mark Wooding.  The three EP’s were responsible for the “Street Fighter: Asassin’s Fist”

The new series will stick closely to cannon the report claims, while focusing on the corp four: Ken, Ryu, Guile and Chun-Li.  And yes, Shadaloo will be the villains with Bison as the lead antagonist. No word yet if Vega, Balrog and Sagat are part of the series.

Frank Miller Signs New DC Deal – He created the iconic Dark Knight Returns that saw a grizzled Batman take on the United States newest force for good, Sueprman.  Well, Miller is getting a five-project deal to develop new graphic novels for DC’s push into bookstores.  The deal begins with the brand launch of DC’s Black Label release, “Superman: Year One”.   Year One will feature Miller writing and John Romita Jr. drawing the book.   Another book will be an-all ages-take on his character Carrie Kelley in a graphic novel.  Miller is quoted as being very excited for this, saying;

I am psyched to continue my partnership with DC.  Developing the Carrie Kelley project and Superman: Year One with Dan and Jim has been a dream. It’s thrilling to have Carrie Kelley take center stage for the first time, and the energy that Ben is bringing to her is new and different—it’s incredible to see. It’s also a lot of fun working alongside John on Superman: Year One, this project is a childhood dream come true for me.

DeKnight claims he wants to bring Moon Knight to TV.  Former ‘Power Rangers’ star, Jason David Frank released a live action trailer for the Power Rangers book storyline “Shattered Grid”.
