How Much Will Disney Make? – Sony and Disney worked out a deal that would see Spider-Man in the MCU, however many thought there would be some kind of revenue share for the box office, that may not be the case according to the L.A. Times. Apparently Sony will take in all of the box office revenue from “Spider-Man: Homecoming”. The reason this works? The ‘Homecoming’ merchandise fees, which Disney has owned since 2011.

New Character Coming to MCU? – One producer in the MCU is actively trying to get a Captain Britain television series to happen. Amy Pascal recently commented on the other Cap, saying;

We have discussed it. There are a lot of actors that come in and ask about that part, so we’ll have to see.

Edgar Wright Won’t Watch ‘Ant-Man’ – Edgar Wright, who’s directed some pretty creative pictures, won’t watch the one he was fired from. Wright was signed to direct and write the film but when that fell apart, and was stripped of his writing credentials, he left the project or was asked to leave. Something like that. Wright revealed recently that he won’t watch the film, saying;

I haven’t seen it and I haven’t even seen the trailer. It would kind of be like asking me, ‘Do you want to watch your ex-girlfriend have sex?’ Like, ‘No, I’m good.’

…The closest I came to [watching Ant-Man] was that somebody sitting near me on a flight was watching it. And when I saw that the person sitting next to me was going to watch the movie, I thought, ‘hmm, maybe I’m going to do some work on my laptop.
