Doom Patrol News – I just finished watching Con Man starring Alan Tudyk, so of course this is the news that starts the day.  Tudyk has been cast to play Mr. Nobody (Eric Morden) in the upcoming live action Doom Patrol series for the DC Universe streaming service.  This isn’t Tudyk’s first spin with DC, as he’s voiced Green Arrow in the Young Justice franchise, as well as in a few video games, and even Superman in Justice League: War.

New Black Panther Season Gets Trailer – Disney XD has revealed the fifth season trailer for their Avengers Assemble series.  This season, called Black Panther’s Quest, will follow Black Panther as he joins up with the Avengers.  The series returns on September 23rd.

Quick Hits – Chadwick Boseman wants Black Panther to be nominated (and win) for Best Picture, not the (crappy) new category of Most Popular. There’s a rumor that Mark Raxton (Molten Man) may appear in the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel.
