Major Name Joins ‘Y:The Last Man’ – The new series possibly debuting on FX, Y: The Last Man has added another star to their growing lineup.  Joining them now is Amber Tamblyn of Traveling Pants fame and she’ll be playing Mariette Callows.  She’s the First Daughter of the President of the United States.

Walking Dead Casts Comedic Actor –  Known for his roles in Fanboys, Balls of Fury and other laugh based films, Dan Fogler has now joined the zombie apocalypse.  While his role is unknown at the time, he will debut in season nine.  He’s part of what many believe to be “the next phase of the show” as the show switches from Rick to Daryl as the main focus.

Major Arrowverse Crossover Snub? – The Legends of Tomorrow need not apply for work during the Crossover event according to Entertainment Weekly.  They announced that while Batwoman is coming to the Arrowverse, she won’t be appearing with the Legends of Tomorrow, instead appearing with just Supergirl, Arrow and The Flash, respectively.  This of course is ironic due to the Legends, and The Flash spinning out of the crossover events.

Batwoman will appear in all three of the 9th episodes of the series, and will be a recurring guest star for the 7th, 5th and 4th seasons respectively of the series she’ll appear on, before getting her own series (presumably) next fall.

Quick Hits – Henry Cavill wants Brainiac in his next outing of Superman in Man of Steel 2.  There are already plans in place for Shazam! sequels should the film work out.  The Penguin is being rumored to appear in The Batman film.  New Overwatch character, Wrecking Ball, goes live next week.
