Psych: The Movie Update – The Psych movie has just added two major names to the upcoming project. First is Charlotte Flair, whose role hasn’t been announced yet. Her involvement is surprising, as Psych has always had a pro wrestling weave in; from Shawn and Gus still being fans, to numerous WWE historical moments, and even wrestling guest-stars. However, apparently a major plot line will include John Cena. Cena is actually returning to the franchise as Ewen O’Hara, the on screen brother of series’ star Maggie Lawson (who plays Juliet O’Hara). His character was a black ops military agent who was arrested by his own sister in his lone series episode. He ends the episode disappearing from police custody. So his return will more than likely bring up some tension between the characters.
Quick Hits – Austin Aries was apparently at the WWE Performance Center yesterday, however it’s likely he was just there with his fiance, Thea Trinidad, who works there. Rocky Romero is raising funds for Puerto Rico by selling some of his ring worn gear. It should be noted there’s only one item up on the page, but there’s expected to be more. So click HERE if you’d like to place a bid. Bradley Cooper is apparently awaiting script changes before he commits to the Vince McMahon biopic project.
