DC Films Update – With the tepid reviews of “Justice League”, there were many who thought the DC Universe was done, but that’s not the case at all. Warner Bros. wasn’t unaware of the possibilities that the Zack Snyder property would under perform, hence the drastic change in nature in the films following it.
There are reports that have Joss Whedon’s future with the DC brand are in jeopardy, as they’re not happy with the way he handled reshoots. Part of the issues aslo stems from his personal life being drudged up by his ex-wife. However, EW is reporting that Whedon is still attached to the project, and any word to the contrary just isn’t true.
Despite this, “Aquaman” and “Wonder Woman 2” are not only happening but in “Aquaman’s” case, is already done and ready. “Shazam” director David F. Sandberg chimed in on the demise of the DCEU, saying;
Nobody told me. Can I take the day off tomorrow then? I really want to sleep in.

Taking up alongside co-star Brie Larson, Law will play CAPTAIN MARVEL!…er…Mar-Vell…The original Captain Marvel, aka Doctor Lawson. Apparently we could of had a real treat, as Keanu Reeves was offered the role but passed. Love you, Keanu!
