IMPACT to Revive Working Relationship With Foreign Company and More Wrestling News

Lot’s of IMPACT news to start tonight.  Firstly Fallah Bahh has in fact signed for two years, as previously thought.  KM, Bahh’s tag team partner, remains without a new deal and will be a free agent come March 1st, along with Caleb Konley.  Konley is not expected to be re-signed.

In other news, Eddie Edwards return to Pro Wrestling NOAH was also a sign of a new talent exchange.  With new ownership, the hopeful return of KENTA and a quest to rebuild the brand proper, NOAH will be sending talent stateside with IMPACT.

One of the big shows to look out for is the One Night Only event in Louisville, Kentucky on March 2nd (this weekend).  The event will be at the Davis Arena and will feature a sold-out show with IMPACT being hosted by Ohio Valley Wrestling.  OVW is now owned by Al Snow, and Snow has bigger plans for it than Danny Davis did.

Lastly, MLW and IMPACT will have a rivalry match on the April 5th United We Stand event from Rahway, New Jersey.  Former MLW Champion Low Ki will team with Ricky Martinez to take on LAX.

Gabe Sapolsky admitted what we already knew; Evolve would be out of business by now if he wasn’t on Vince McMahon’s take.  I mean payroll.  While talking to Sports Illustrated’s hack Justin Barrasso, Sapolsky stooged out by saying;

One of the really cool things about NXT talent coming to EVOLVE is that EVOLVE can put on matches you never thought [was] possible. So we’ll make this special for our fans. I’ll just say it: We wouldn’t be running EVOLVE shows right now if it wasn’t for the WWE support.

In other WWE news, NXT UK signed Ilja Rukobber, Kay Lee Ray, Jazzy GAbert, Oliver Sauter and Jay Melrose to deals.
