Major New Villain Could Debut on The Flash This Season and More Nerd News

Season five of The Flash could see it’s newest character debut yet.  The current report from DiscussingFilm on Twitter is claiming the villainous Godspeed could be popping up on the 18th episode of season five; which is aptly named Godspeed.  The character isn’t confirmed of course, nor has there been any leaks of the character popping up yet.

If this happens, it’ll more than likely be the debut of Godspeed’s alter-ego, August Heart.  A character the size of Godspeed in regards to villains is too big to waste on a one-and-done type of episode.  The character debuted over two years ago in 2016 during the height of the Rebirth line of books.  The episode will also mark series star Danielle Panabaker making her directorial debut.
