Doom Patrol Gets Teaser, Gotham’s Final Season Gets Amazing Trailer and More!

DC Universe has posted a new teaser trailer for the upcoming Doom Patrol series, debuting February 15.  The series’ trailer features all the members of the Doom Patrol, even showing us the first look at Cyborg (who looks amazing).  The song Tiptoe Through Tulips by Tiny Tim is featured throughout the teaser.  The song is hard to get through, but it paints a serene and oddly perfect picture for the upcoming series.

The final season of Gotham posted it’s most incredible trailer.  It features the debut of Bane, Harley Quinn and many new twists for established characters. I’m not going to spoil it, just watch, it’s really worth your time;

ComicBook.com interviewed Aquaman’s director James Wan recently, and they asked him if he had any plans of directing a sequel to the film should it be a hit (which it looks like it will).  Wan was very frank with the sequel question, saying;

If I spend too long doing horror films, I get really horror-ed out.  If I spend too long doing superhero movie, like I’ve spent three years of my life doing this one, I am a little bit superhero-ed out a little bit as well. So I’m always trying to find new things to sort of challenge me, and that’s what it comes down to. If I can creatively click with whatever I do next, that’s what I look for.

DC Comics has officially cancelled Brimstone, one of the many books DC launched under it’s New Age of Heroes lineup.  The book follows Sideways as books under the umbrella that are no longer being made.  It’s very likely that the other books in the lineup won’t be published pass their own 12th issue.   Personally, Brimstone and Sideways were my two favorite characters.
