Lex Luthor Cast for Arrowverse, Supernatural Stars Want Their Brother Back and More!

Until Dawn was a good interactive movie, though to call it a game is a stretch.  Though a sequel would be fun.  Supermassive Games, the creator of the game have long allowed the idea of a sequel to exist in the either.  Well, that may come to fruition  According to Pete Samuels, the managing director revealed in an interview that they were working on several PlayStation-exclusive games.  Samuels was quoted by 4PDA by saying;

Well, our relationship with Sony is still excellent.  We are working on several unannounced PlayStation exclusives. True, it is impossible to talk about them in detail. In general, I really wanted to present our work to the widest possible audience. That is, The Dark Pictures needs to be released on several platforms.

The fact he can’t talk about something in detail seems to hint at the game being a priority and one that no one wants to ruin the surprise of.

Kotaku reported that Blizzard was going to announce Diablo 4 for the 2018 BlizzCon event.  However, Blizzad co-founder Allen Adham said they “tried”.  Obviously that doesn’t mean they tried to unveil a 4th Diablo at BlizzCon, but more so they tried to satisfy their fanbase.

It was bad enough when Marvel fired Chuck Wendig from their staff over political reasons, but now Marvel has in fact cancelled his book Star Wars: Shadow of Vader.  Wendig said the original reason for his firing had to do with protecting the book.  The book that the Hollywood Reporter is now claiming have cancelled almost a month after firing Wendg.

If you just follow the website, you may not know that I am in fact a huge Supernatural fan.  The CW show is brilliant, well written and very few plot points go unresolved.  Except one.    So when ComicBook.com caught up with Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, the question of Jake Abel’s Adam Milligan character came up.  Adam is Sam and Dean Winchester’s half brother and has been locked in a cell in hell with the Archangels Michael and Lucifer for years.

Ackles, who plays Dean was unsure if we’d see Adam again, saying;

I don’t know.  I’d like to ask him. Maybe there’s a white courtesy phone we could pick up and get a straight line to him. That’s something that needs to be touched on, and it might be. But we’ll have to see.

Padalecki, who plays Sam, was far more wistful, saying;

That’s a great question.  I’d do anything for Jake Abel back. He’s a dear friend and an amazing actor and an amazing man. I’ll do anything to work with him again.

In other CW news, the folks within the Arrowverse released an amazing comic book cover that hypes up the upcoming Elseworld crossover event.

The cover shows the Monitor watching action unfold between Barry Allen’s Green Lantern and Oliver Queen’s Flash.  No, that isn’t a goof; in the crossover the two pillars of the Arrowverse are flipping roles.  In previews for the event, Queen (Stephen Amell) wakes up next to Iris West with the two seemingly been living together for years, while Allen (Grant Gustin) awakens in the middle of a sparring session with John Diggle.

i think we’d all prefer waking up next to Iris.  Just saying.  The cover also features Supergirl, Superman and Batwoman trying to seemingly stop the duo from fighting.  A bald villain type character can also be seen.  It could be Lex Luthor, who in fact now has an actor; Jon Cryer of Two and a Half Men fame has been cast as the criminal mastermind.
