Walking Dead Update, Star Wars Series Revealed and More! – ComicCorp News

The Walking Dead Final Season Update – The Walking Dead game, not the series, is in it’s final season but there is doubt that the game will be finished and published at all; due to the studio who developed the game, Telltale, going out of business.  While at the New York Comic Con, Walking Dead creator Robert Kirman commented on the idea of finishing Clementines story in the comic, saying;

Definitely not Clementine! All I will say on the Telltale front is just stay tuned. Everyone is trying to make sure Clementine’s story gets told…I am not concerned, at the moment, with having to tell the story in comic book form because I am hoping the story will be completed. I may have said too much!

As for the game itself, there was a mention that the Walking Dead game would be finished by a skeleton crew, but  Telltale Narrative Designer Rachel Noel tweeted out an update claiming that crew too was laid off recently.

So if the game gets made, it’ll obviously be by another studio, and if it doesn’t  then expect Clementines story to finish up in the comics.

Star Wars News – Jon Favreau has revealed that his live action series i called The Mandalorian, and will focus on the same group of people that Jango and Boba Fett came from.  The Fett’s were known to use Mandalorian armor, and it’s implied that the new series will feature someone in similar gear.

Quick Hits – George Romero’s wife, Suzanne Desrocher-Romero revealed to ComicBook.com that George left behind 40-50 scripts.  Desrocher-Romero claims it’s her mission to share what he said with the world.

In other news, DreamWorks put out a new trailer for She-Ra and the Princesses of Power.  I’m going to sit this one out.
