Google Developing New Console? – With Microsoft staggering after the failure of the Xbox 1, it seems ripe for a new console to enter the market.  With the rumor of Sega possibly getting back into the market, a new rumor has popped up claiming Google is thinking about entering the market.  Kotaku is reporting that Google is working on something dubbed The Yeti.  They report that Google is meeting with game developers already and even used the opportunity with E3 to facilitate some meetings.

The report claims that this could be a streaming only platform, similar to what Steam tried to do  with the Steam Machine.

Josh Brolin Unhappy With Deadpool Performance – Josh Brolin is unhappy with how he portrayed Cable in the Deadpool sequel.    When interviewed by USA Today, Brolin said;

I do like the way it turned out. But I thought I could have been better.  Thank God. Man. I literally want to redeem myself to myself. I want to do a better version of what I do.
With the X-Force film now in limbo due to the Fox Studio and Disney merger, it seems like this will be Brolin’s only run with Cable, unless Disney opts to bring him in.

Quick Hits – Disney has closed down their Disneytoon Studios, which has been responsible for doing man straight-to-DVD films like the Lion King, Lilo and Stitch sequels and the Fairies franchise, as well as Planes.  The decision to close down the studio was in the works for some time.  There are some who believe that Left 4 Dead 3 is still happening, according to job postings by Turtle Rock, formerly known as Valve South.  The first poster of Glass has been released, featuring the main characters of the Unbreakable and Split.  Kevin Feige has confirmed that Doctor Strange 2 is happening.
