Bethesda Going After WB, ‘….Star Wars Stories’ Still in Development and more! – ComicCorp News

Bethesda Suing Warner Bros? – Warner Bros. is releasing a new mobile game called Westworld, based off the popular HBO show.  Because of the likeness of the game, designs, artwork and codes, this has caused Bethesda to file a lawsuit against WB.  Bethesda claims that there is no doubt that the Westworld game goes beyond being inspired by Fallout Shelter and claims it’s a straight rip off.

Bethesda is seeking to get the game shut down and removed, and obtain a portion of the profits for damages.  WB Games hasn’t released a public statement as of yet.

Star Wars Update – Conflicting reports are abound, so take it for what it’s worth.  Lucasfilm allegedly put the “…Star Wars Stories” on hold according to various reports that came out yesterday.  However today, other sources are now confirming that they aren’t on hold, and that there are multiple movies in development right now.

There’s another story, that claims Disney and Lucasfilms are going to avoid “untested” directors moving forward after the disastrous filming situations over the course of the last three films.

Quick Hits IT Chapter Two has added Xavier Dolan and Will Beinbrink to the cast.  A television series based on the horror film Child’s Play has been announced for television.  Devil May Cry 5 is apparently seventy-five percent complete.
