#IMPACTonPOP Results – Chris Adonis defeated Garza Jr. oVe defeated Jon Bolen & Trey Miguel. Sonjay Dutt, Petey Williams, & Matt Sydal defeated Andrew Everett, Caleb Konley, & Trevor Lee. Texano & Fantasma defeated EC3 & James Storm.
WWE Survey Sent – According to PW Insider, WWE sent out surveys asking for fan feedback about their familiarity with the wrestlers, how they would rate their fan connection, mic skills, wrestling skills, entertaining entrance and convincing character (i.e being effective at their role). There was even a page where it asks how much you would be willing to pay for a meet and greet for a particular superstar. It also asked how often you watch WWE Programming including even Total Divas/Bellas as well as your access to the WWE App and Network.
Natalya Speaks About Tyson Kidd – In an interview with TVInsider, Natalya spoke about a multitude of subjects, including Tyson Kidd’s new role as a producer/agent for Smackdown Live. Tyson Kidd’s in-ring career was ended after an in-ring freak accident during a dark match featuring Samoa Joe in 2015. Here is what he had to say…
“Tyson came back to the show and jumped into a new role in WWE that he loves. So, we are both in happy places. But the first time I met Brie and Bryan’s Birdie I was telling my husband, ‘So much has changed for us. Birdie almost makes me want to have a baby.’ Granted, I’m not in that place in my life yet, but Birdie is like no other baby I ever met. She is the best of Bryan and Brie. She is just so good-natured. I’ve never seen her cry. She could give any girl baby fever.”
Bret Hart Speaks – In an interview with the Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast (via SportsKeeda), Bret Hart had some harsh words for Eric Bischoff, including some choice insults for the former WCW President. Here is what he had to say…
“If you had passion for your matches or genius for wrestling talent, it didn’t mean anything to Eric Bischoff. He was the worst loser maggot that ever got into wrestling.”
He also spoke about Bischoff saying Hart was like a “broken toy” in WCW…
“I could strangle him when I hear him say that, because that is so not true. I was so on fire. I wanted to take the world on.“He was such an idiot. I would say all that right to him if he were sat next to you.”
